Trial Huddo Boards in MS Teams
Getting started on Huddo Boards in MS Teams is easy. Follow these steps to add Huddo Boards as a tab in a Team Channel or to the More Added Apps section.
Huddo Boards can be trialled for free for 30 days and purchased via the Teams App Store and App Source. You can also contact us directly to request a quote in your local currency.
You can add Huddo Boards as an App to MS Teams in two ways:
1. Add Huddo Boards via More Added Apps
Within Microsoft Teams, navigate to the … for More Added Apps on the left hand side of Teams. Click Browse All Apps and in the search bar, type in Huddo Boards. Click Add. [Can't locate Huddo Boards in MS Teams?]
This will allow you to access the Huddo Boards, MyBoards dashboard, directly from your Microsoft Teams environment, with full functionality.
2. In a Team Channel
You can add one or more Huddo Boards directly to a Team Channel to enhance your collaboration work space.
Navigate to the + icon to add a new tab to your Team Channel.
In the new window, select the Huddo Boards icon or type in Huddo Boards to locate it.
*Note that if Huddo Boards cannot be found, it has not yet been added before in your organisation and needs to be added by finding it within the Teams App Store. Click More Apps in this case. Then again search for Huddo to find the Huddo Boards app in the entire store.
Once you have located and clicked on the Huddo Boards App, click the Add button to add it to the team:
The Huddo Boards app will now be added to the team as a tab. In this tab you can add an existing board (if you've previously created boards), create a new board (select this option if you are new to Huddo Boards), or show all of the boards associated with that team.
Start your Trial
When you add Huddo Boards to MS Teams, you'll have access to our free Activity View automatically. To get the most out of Huddo Boards, click on Board, MindMap or Timeline to activate Huddo Boards Premium.
Click the Start Now to get started.
You can purchase Huddo Boards on a monthly or yearly subscription in MS Teams or request a quote from one of our consultants via the Teams App Store.

Cannot locate Huddo Boards in MS Teams?
If you search for Huddo Boards but you cannot see it in the Teams Store, it is likely that third-party apps are blocked in your tenant.
Ask your IT Administrator to enable Huddo Boards in MS Teams. An IT Administrator can go to the Admin Dashboard to view the settings.
Under 'Third-party apps' you can see the settings for your tenant. Here you can set your users to be able to access Huddo Boards through the Teams Store.
