Huddo Boards signup assistance

+ When I click 'Huddo Boards Login' or 'Create Free Account' on your website, nothing happens. How can I start my trial?

Both the 'Huddo Boards login' and 'Create Free Account' buttons on our website open the Boards application in a new window. Please check any other open tabs within your browser window for the registration/login page.

+ When I try to add Huddo Boards to my Microsoft Teams account it asks me to approve advanced permissions / features. How do I do this?

If you are prompted to approve Huddo Boards advanced permissions or features, you will need to ask your IT Administrator to approve Huddo Boards within your O365 environment.

+ I cannot find Huddo Boards as an app in the Microsoft Teams App Store. Why not?

If you cannot locate Huddo Boards in the MS Teams App Store it may be that third party apps are not enabled in your Microsoft Teams environment. Ask your IT Administrator to allow Huddo Boards as an app so you can locate it in the App Store.

+ I have started a free trial of Huddo Boards, but I cannot see all the views from your website. How can I access these views during my trial?

When you access Huddo Boards for the first time via Microsoft 365, you'll automatically start a 30 day free trial. If you cannot see all of the views, you may have exhausted your 30 day free trial. At the end of your free trial, you'll have access to our freemium version of Huddo Boards, which includes Activity View only. To access the premium views, contact us [hello@huddo.com] to request an extended free trial. Or purchase a licence of Huddo Boards. Watch these short videos on how you can purchase a licence.

+ I have successfully started my Huddo Boards trial with Microsoft O365, but how do I integrate with OneDrive?

Depending on the permissions and settings of your O365 Tenant, the integration into OneDrive may already be available. The easiest way to test this is to link a file to a card in a Board. Open a card, navigate to 'Link/Attach' then select 'Link to file.' Here you should be able to select a file via your OneDrive. Try this in Huddo Boards that are associated with a tab in a Team Channel to test connection to OneDrive Shared Library, and Boards that are not in Team Channels to test connection to your personal OneDrive.

If you have difficulty selecting OneDrive files, for example the page doesn't load properly, you will need your IT Administrator to approve the integration.

+ I can't find the Huddo Boards Outlook plugin. What should I do?

If you cannot locate the Huddo Boards Outlook plugin via the 'Get Add-ins' menu in your Outlook home ribbon, your IT Administrator will need to enable Huddo Boards in Outlook.

+ I get an error message when trying to embed Huddo Boards in a SharePoint site page. What should I do?

If you get an error when embedding the Huddo Boards code in a SharePoint Site Page, ask your IT Administrator to enable this functionality.

+ My free trial has expired. How can I continue using the Huddo Boards premium views (Kanban Board, MindMap, Timeline)?

If you are HCL Connections Cloud customer with ThreeThirds you can login with either Collab Cloud - Europe or Collab Cloud - US in the list. Once logged in you will see Activities Plus, our freemium view.

Start your trial on Huddo Boards premium view through Activities Plus in HCL Connections.

Simply:

1. open an Activity in Activities Plus
2. look in the right hand side and click on "Board"
3. follow the prompts to start a trial

+ I started using Huddo Boards with my personal cloud provider login (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, AppleID), but now I want to connect it to my work login (Microsoft O365 or HCL Connections). Can I link accounts?

You can link multiple Huddo Boards accounts (one per login provider) by navigating to User Options via your profile icon in the top right corner, then selecting 'Link Another Account.'

Follow the prompts to complete login and connect the accounts. Once connected, you can then access all of your Huddo Boards via any login.
